Directions for Westbury Wellness Center, conveniently located off of Post Avenue in the Village of Westbury. From Northern Parkway, take Exit 32 (Westbury), After exiting ramp, take Post Avenue heading south (less than 1/4 mile), turn left onto Madison Street (before the Rite Aid Drugstore). From Meadowbrook Parkway take Exit for Merchant's Concourse. Follow to Old Country Road. Turn right onto Old Country Road to traffic light. Turn left at light onto Post Avenue. Continue on Post Avenue for about 1/2 mile (past the Rite Aid Drugstore), then turn right onto Madison Street. Directions for Sunrise Chiropractic & Wellness From Wantagh Parkway South - Exit W5W - Route 27 West (Sunrise Highway). Merge onto Sunrise Hwy leading West for approximately 2 miles. Make a left turn onto Hewlett Avenue (next to Hess Gas Station and across from Dunkin' Donuts). From Meadowbrook Parkway South - Exit M8 East - Route 27 East (Sunrise Highway).
