Qualifications

Sharon McDermott received her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City.

She is board certified in acupuncture and herbology and licensed to practice acupuncture in New York State. She is currently a teaching assistant and tutor at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

Sharon has experience in urban clinics as well as hospital settings such as the Hospital for Joint Disease, Grand Meridian Clinic and Pacific College Acupuncture Center. Sharon is a former President of the New York Chapter of Pacific College Alumni Association.
